|Title:||Queen Mary 2 Visits Darwin|
|My Story:||These two photos were taken when the Queen Mary 2 sailed out of Darwin for Bali during the evening of Friday 21 February 2012. The Queen Mary 2 berthed in Darwin at 8am and 2439 passengers spent the day exploring the city. The ship is 151,400 tonnes, 345 metres long, 40 metres wide, 23 storeys high and the largest cruise ship to ever visit Darwin. In addition, the ship has 1250 crew, 14 decks, library, theatres, planetarium, four outdoor pools, ballrooms, 14 bars and a putting green. The Queen Mary 2 is the most magnificent luxury ocean liner ever built!|
