Biographical notes: Patricia was the daughter of Milton and Polly Liddle and grew up at Angas Downs cattle station in Central Australia. She married David Miller and the couple have two sons, Alex and Steve and a number of grandchildren. In June 2002 she was appointed Deputy Administrator of the Northern Territory.
Honours and Awards: Centenary Medal 2001.
