|Description:||Conniston [sic] Massacre of 1928. The grave of Frederick Brooks at Brooks Soak, along the road between Conniston [sic] Cattle Station and the Aileron Hotel on the N.S. highway. Brooks was murdered by the blacks and the outcome of it was a ghastly massacre of the innocent. Some of the murderers are on Yuendumu at present, they escaped the revenge party.|
