The hydrology of a dam to supply water for the Pine Creek township is examined and construction estimates for a dam are recommended. The suggested dam size could supply the needs for 1500 persons or 1.2 megalitres per day annual
average. The immediate installation of an intake, pump, rising main and chlorinator to utilise the un-regulated flow of Copper field Creek at Chinaman's Camp is recommended at an estimated cost of $94,000. Further hydrological studies of the Chinaman's Camp basin are recommended.,
