Abstract
The Buffel Grass Weed Management Plan 2026–2036 (the Plan) has been developed in accordance with section 10 of the Weeds Management Act 2001 (the Act; Northern Territory Legislation).
This plan will commence 1 May 2026.
In accordance with section 9E of the Act, a person has a duty to comply with any weed management plan developed in accordance with section 10 of the Act.
This Plan was developed through a collaborative approach by the Buffel Grass Weed Advisory Committee (WAC), convened under the Act, and the Weed Management Branch (WMB) of the Department of Lands, Planning and Environment (DLPE).,
