Description
Lawrie Cumming swimming in the Adelaide River on trip by truck from Alice Springs to Darwin. One man was stationed on the bank with a loaded rifle to shoot if any crocodiles approached. Cumming thought it was more likely that he would end up shot! Photos taken around 1941-1942.,
