NORTHERN TERRITORY OF AUSTRALIA Regulations 1995, No. 6* Regulations under the Anti-Discrimination Act I, KEITH JOHN AUSTIN ASCHE, the Administrator of the Northern Territory of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Anti-Discrimination Act. Dated 1 March 1995. K.J.A. ASCHE Administrator AMENDMENT OF ANTI-DISCRIMINATION REGULATIONS NEW REGULATION AND SCHEDULE The Anti-Discrimination Regulations are amended by adding at the end the following: "3. WITNESS FEES AND ALLOWANCES FOR EXPENSES "A person ordered to attend proceedings under the Act as a witness shall be paid in respect of his or her attendance (a) if remunerated in his or her occupation by wages, salary or fees - an amount equal to the amount of wages, salary or fees not paid to the person because of his or her attendance as a witness; * Notified in the Northern Territory Government Gazette on 8 March 1995.
