THE THIRD ADDRESSES SOCIAL ISSUES AND EXPECTATIONS. THIS UNDERSTANDING PROVIDES THE AUTHORITY WITH THE ABILITY TO JUDGE HOW, WHEN AND WHERE TO APPLY AVAILABLE TECHNOLOGIES THROUGHOUT THE REGION TO BEST ADVANTAGE. RESEARCH HAS ESTABLISHED THAT THERE ARE TWO PROSPECTIVE RENEWABLE ENERGY OPTIONS FOR POWER GENERATION IN THE BARKLY REGION. THESE ARE SOLAR AND WIND.
