Abstract
'The objectives of this ESA are to assess human health and environmental risks through identification of potential sources, pathways and receptors of impact associated with historical bitumen plant operations. A part of this involves the need to identify risks associated with contaminants in soil transported to the historically reclaimed area at the site. It is anticipated that this information will be used to appropriately manage potential risks during redevelopment of the site.' - Executive summary,
