100 Moil Crescent, Moil. Still as is, six months after Cyclone Tracy.
The house is an executive Karlson Ucon NT design, type D6U, of which there only two were ever constructed. The one pictured was later demolished and replaced with a Commonwealth designed M7, so the only one remaining today is PH0377/0365 on Charlotte Street, Fannie Bay.
Karlson Ucon came to the NT market from Perth in 1971.,
