Three Short Rangoon flying boats K.2809, K.3678 and S.1433 of RAF 203 squadron. Arrived Darwin 26 September 1934 having departed Basra Iraq on 5 September commanded by Grp Capt Saul, enroute for Melbourne Centenary celebrations. The return flight left Darwin for Basra on 21 November.,
