MacMillans Camp, Darwin. The office where banking was carried out for employees of the Public Works Department. This was a sub-branch of the Commonwealth Savings Bank of Australia, Adelaide Branch. An employee completes a banking form in front of a grill behind which sits the bank agent. A sign "Commonwealth Savings Bank" is said by Mr Church to have been souvenired from the bombed building of the Commonwealth Bank in Darwin.,
