Description

The analysis presented in this report based on the long term (50 year) groundwater monitoring record from observation bores, in conjunction with rainfall data and the streamflow record at Yirrkala Creek and the Latram River has provided no clear evidence that the water resources at Gove have been discernibly impacted through the extraction of 8296 ML/y up to the late 2000’s and 10,300 ML/y subsequently from the sandstone aquifer during that time.,
