History

The Unit was formed at Darwin May 1943 as 10 Mobile Fighter Sector Headquarters. It moved to Sattler, 8 April 1944. It relocated to Darwin on SS Mexico in January 1945, prior to leaving for Morotai. It was disbanded in Morotai 27 August 1945.,
