The Flora Tindall Water Allocation Plan covers an area of almost 24,000 km2 to the south and south west of Katherine and west of the Stuart Highway. The development of a Water Allocation Plan for this area forms part of the Northern Territory Government's (NTG) commitment to implementing recommendations of the Scientific Inquiry into Hydraulic Fracturing in the Northern Territory. This report summarises the water resources and natural water balance that relate to the Flora Tindall Water Allocation Plan (the Plan). This Plan is currently under development.,
