Description: Harold Snell's home. Possibly Mrs Snell sitting at a cane table covered by a white table cloth. This was a typical verandah scene in most Darwin homes. Bamboo slats on top of corrugated fibro or iron for the outer walls. Cane furniture and plants in hanging baskets and pots furnish the verandah.
