Description: I contacted the Army Barracks to get permission to go in & have a look around & discovered there was no record of the A.W.A.S. ever being there. Fortunately I had taken some photographs with me & the C.O. Major Gordon Pound was very interested. I was very upset when I knew of the very important work the girls did during those years & hoped I could do something to rectify it.
