On my first visit to the new Darwin waterfront I was over whelmed by the whole new energy of this leisure precinct. The wave Lagoon is a major draw card for families and a welcoming relief from the tropical heat. The waterfront has been embraced by both locals and tourists and gives an indication that Darwin is developing into a contemporary, 21st century city." |
