Description: Jan Hills' house is set atop of a hill looking down towards the Adelaide River, she has three separate dwellings, one she rents out on a full time basis, the second is an old bus that she has restored and rents out to holiday makers, and the third is a duel occupancy building with Jan living on the lower floor and the upper floor being rented out to visitors as a Bed and Breakfast. The upper floor of this house is a spartan one with a large living area furnished with the bare minimum, a table and chairs to sit at when eating and a lounge settee, there are two beautifully furnished bedrooms with double beds and French windows that lead onto a large veranda that takes in a view of the local countryside.
