Description: Mr Olaf Jensen's mining property at Pine Creek. The old Cosmopolitian battery. From left to right, Manager's residence, mine store, office quarters, blacksmith's shop, battery. The thousands of tons of rich gold ore crushed here, between 1911 and 1912 come come the hills (in the background) and west of the present railway line. time of its construction to the last crushings about 1911-1912 come from the hills (behind the photo) and west of the present railway line. Shows row of buildings; note Aborigines and bridge at centre of photo.
