Title: Voluntary Euthanasia - mercy or sin? by Peter Baume
Author: Baume, Peter
Date: 1995
Abstract: Patient assisted suicide is the making available to patients the means which they can use, if and when they so choose, to end their own lives. This definition makes clear that we are talking about active intervention by the medical practitioner, on the request of the patient, with the aim of allowing death to be hastened.
