The Soldiers Memorial Hall built early 1920's by Harold Snell a returned soldier, who had enlisted from the Territory although N.T. soldiers held their home state members and not a separate Territory identification. Built on 14 foot piers that were topped with ant capping. This building was situated where Paspalis Centrepoint is now (1995). A cannon stands beside the stairs.,
