History
Urquhart left Darwin on SS 'Changsa' on 14 September 1915. He embarked from Sydney on board HMAT A8 'Argyllshire' 11 May 1916. He was wounded on 29 September and died at sea HMAT 'Essequibo' on transfer to England.,
