Description
Ross Nelson's house, The Rock, is an award winning home that is a perfect example of an owner builder who got it right. The house is located at the Northern end of Lake Bennett perched atop of a rocky outcrop that provides optimum airflow which cools the house naturally during the hotter months of the year. The Rock took Ross several years of painstakingly hard work to complete, starting with fixing the foundations of the building into a solid rock base. Inside the high-pitched ceilings, polished wood floors and louvre windows provide a comfortable, naturally lit environment with a breath taking view of Lake Bennett.,
