The northern suburbs, 4 to 5 days after the cyclone, streets cleared for traffic. Shot taken from the top of the elevated water tank in Parer Drive, Moil. Parer Drive is the street on the right hand side. Yeadon Circuit, Moil is on the left. The sole house that survived relatively intact in this shot was owned by Frank Simmons, who spent four years building the brick home himself, starting in 1971.,
