Northern Territory Government Gazette No. G15, 10 April 2019 Page 6 Northern Territory of Australia Electoral Act 2004 Appointment of Electoral Commissioner I, Vicki Susan O'Halloran, Administrator of the Northern Territory of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council: (a) under section 314(2) of the Electoral Act 2004, appoint Iain Vijayaratham Loganathan (the appointee) to be the Electoral Commissioner for 5 years on and from 25 April 2019; and (b) under section 321 of the Act, determine that the appointee holds office on the conditions (including conditions about remuneration, expenses and allowances) stated in the Schedule.
