The service operates within a collaborative and supportive team environment with a st rong focus on partnerships with relevant external o rganisations. The Team lt~dcr/Caseworker will coordinate and support the Outreach team staff and repon directly to the M.an.ager/CEO of the TCWR ~rvkes and the Board. Data collcctfon :~nd programme Reports will be required monthty to CEO Jnd quarterly to Funding Bodies. The Primary Role will focus on culturally re~pOns.lve and timely outreach to lnd1genou.s Women and their children 1sseued to be 1t hi&h Risk or OFV and referred to our Service by the Fmity SafetY Framtwork, Police.
