MINUTES OF PROCEEDINGS: Tuesday 14 May 2019 4 On the motion of Ms Lawler (Minister for Environment and Natural Resources), the Bill was read a third time and passed to be a proposed law. 10. APPROPRIATION (2019-2020) BILL 2019 (SERIAL 88) Resumption of debate on the question that the Bill be read a second time. Ms Ah Kit, Mr Mills, Mr Guyula, Mrs Finocchiaro. Debate adjourned. 11. PAPER TABLED The Acting Deputy Speaker tabled: 1. Quarterly Members Fuel Transaction Report, January to March 2019 (Paper 1187). 12. PAPER TABLED: REPORT OF MINISTERIAL CORRESPONDENCE ON SUBORDINATE LEGISLATION JULY 2018 MAY 2019 REPORT NOTED Ms Nelson (Chair of the Public Accounts Committee) tabled the Committees Report of Ministerial Correspondence on Subordinate Legislation July 2018 May 2019 (Paper 1188) and Associated Minutes of Proceedings (Paper 1189) and made a statement. Ms Nelson moved that the Assembly take note of the Report. Question put and passed. 13. CONSIDERATION OF COMMITTEE, AUDITOR-GENERALS REPORTS AND GOVERNMENT RESPONSES The Assembly deferred consideration of the following reports: 1. Public Accounts Committee Inquiry into Taxi Licensing and Subleasing Report (Paper 554). 2. Auditor-General for the Northern Territory, November 2017, Report to the Legislative Assembly (Paper 580). 3. Auditor-General for the Northern Territory, March 2018, Report to the Legislative Assembly (Paper 677). 4. Auditor-General for the Northern Territory, November 2018, Report to the Legislative Assembly (Paper 1017). 5. Auditor-General for the Northern Territory, March 2019, Report to the Legislative Assembly (Paper 1147). 14. ADJOURNMENT Ms Fyles (Leader of Government Business) moved that the Assembly adjourn. Ms Fyles, Ms Wakefield, Ms Lawler, Ms Uibo, Ms Nelson, Mr Kirby, Ms Purick, Mrs Worden. The Assembly adjourned at 19.08 until Wednesday 15 May 2019 at 10.00. DEEMED PAPERS Pursuant to Standing Order 239 the following papers were deemed tabled: Power Retail Corporation Act 2014 Extension of Generation Restriction Period, dated 6 May 2019 (Paper 1185).
