Clinician CCT/MATT Full Time Working as part of the Continuing Care and Mobile Assessment Treatment Team (CCT/MATT), the role of Clinician is to work closely within a multidisciplinary team to facilitate the provision of coordinated clinical care and treatment. for young people who are experiencing, or at risk of, a first episode of psychosis. This includes mental health & risk assessments, case formulation, community based treatment, and crisis response consistent with the EPPIC model of care. Family and Friends Support Coordinator Part Time In the role of Family & Friends Support Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating support for family and friends of young people accessing our Darwin headspace services, specifically young people at risk of developing, or currently experiencing psychosis. Support for family and friends will be provided in the form of individual and group connections, exploring opportunities for links with external services and facilitating family and friends to have input into the design and implementation of the services at the centre. Family Mentor Casual As a Family Mentor you will provide individual and group support to family members and carers of young people whom are current clients of the Darwin headspace Youth Early Psychosis Program (hYEPP). You will have lived experience with supporting a young person who has accessed support through hYEPP. The role is non-clinical and you will receive training and ongoing support, including supervision from a suitably qualified member of the Functional Recovery Program, within the hYEPP. Duties will include the following but not restricted to: In relation the role of Principal Legal Officer, the PLO will: in this pivotal role manage and supervise the legal operations of the TLC in accordance with the organisations Rules and the provisions of the Aboriginal Land Rights Act; Identify the need for external legal assistance and the preparation of briefs to counsel and/ or consultant lawyers; Assist with the development of the TLCs Operational and Strategic Plans, Annual Report and with the ongoing development and review of the TLCs policies and procedures; Providing legal advice to the TLCs Management Team, the Executive and Land Council members in relation to matters pertaining to the work of the organisation; and Coordinating the involvement of the TLC in external policy issues or legal matters, such as law reform and government and representative body working groups. In relation to the role of Chief Financial Officer, the CFO will: provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team; oversee the preparation of all financial reporting; advising on long-term business and financial planning; advise accordingly on any impending financial risks; and directly assist the CEO and General Manager on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding. Importantly, you will have highly developed communication skills that will allow you to liaise effectively with clients, senior management, colleagues and external agencies at all levels. The ability to communicate appropriately with Indigenous people is essential.
