Driver Messenger 13 September 2018 Driver Messenger 13 September 2018.htm[19/09/2018 12:24:32 PM] These students are applauded for their winning entries we hope you enjoy reading them as much as we have. These students, and many other competition entries have had their work published in a booklet. Each class who participated has a copy so they can share and enjoy their writing. Our winning students will also share their comics, short stories and poetry at our assembly tomorrow. POW Performance The festival concluded with a POW (Palmerston Own Writers) Performance, where all competition winners were invited to read their own stories with writers from the Palmerston Own Writers group at the Palmerston Library on Friday evening. Zoe, Joshua and Marquie proudly and confidently read in front of their peers, parents, teachers and a greater audience. They were so brave and it was fantastic to see Driver students representing our school in a community event. Congratulations!
