Bakewells target for 2018 is to maintain a student attendance average of 95% or above for the year. Education NTs Attendance strategy states Every Child, Every Day. Please remember to notify the school when your child is absent. Log onto www.quickcliq.com.au and complete the registration form. The direct phone number for the Canteen is 8997 7447. Early Arrival to School Students should not be arriving at school before 7:30am. Playground supervision does not commence until 7:45am. Bakewell Before School Care is available for students. Located in the Courts Stage area. Cost: $10.00 per Session. Hours: 6:30am - 8:00am. If you require Before School Care please email: admin1.office@ntschools.net Bakewell School Sports Day will be held on Friday 22 June 2018, starting at 8:25am. Please encourage your child to come dressed in a shirt of their house colour and bring with them a hat, water bottle and sunscreen. Students will remain with their House Team and age groups for all events. Please note that a selection of food and drinks will be available for purchase from the Canteen until 1:30pm. There will also be a sausage sizzle on the basketball courts from 11am till 1pm. The Canteen will be offering counter sales only (no online orders). Please visit the events and dates section of the Bakewell School website for the Sports Day Schedule and Canteen Menu. Please feel free to come along and be part of the day. Sports Day Bakewell Fair Friday 29 June 2018, 12:30 - 2:00pm Parents are encouraged to support their child/rens class by way of small donations of food, ingredients, prizes etc or by helping out on the day. Recess will be as normal but there will be no canteen at lunch time on Friday 29 June as students and families will be able to purchase food for lunch from a wide variety of class stalls. Please note students are to wear school uniforms all day. Change of clothes can be bought for wet activities. All Welcome!
