NORTHERN TERRITORY OF AUSTRALIA Regulations 1989, No. 26* Regulations under the Motor Vehicles Act I, JAMES HENRY MUIRHEAD, the Administrator of the Northern Territory of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Motor Vehicles Act. Dated 8 September 1989. J.H MUIRHEAD Administrator AMENDMENT OF THE MOTOR VEHICLES (FEES AND CHARGES) REGULATIONS SCHEDULE The Schedule of the Motor Vehicles (Fees and Charges) Regulations (a) is amended by omitting item 1 and substituting the following: "1. Registration or renewal of registration of all motor vehicles or trailers (other than motor vehicles in respect of which another fee is provided by this Schedule): (a) motor vehicles (other than motor cycles) with engine capacity * Notified in the Northern Territory Government Gazette on 2 October 1989.
