THE ELECTRICAL WORKERS AND CONTRACTORS ACT PROVIDES FOR THE MINISTER TO APPOINT MEMBERS AND DEPUTY MEMBERS TO THE BOARD REPRESENTING VARIOUS SECTIONS OF THE ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY. THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE BOARD AS AT 30/6/86 WAS AS FOLLOWS: MEMBERS. MR. A.N. FLOWERS CHAIRMAN - MEMBER OF THE INSTITUTION OF ENGINEERS AUSTRALIA. MR. D.E. NEWTON A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE N.T. ELECTRICITY COMMISSION. MR. J.J. HUMPHRIES A REPRESENTATIVE OF INSTITUTIONS PROVIDING APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING FOR APPRENTICE ELECTRICAL WORKERS. MR. C.W. WALL A REPRESENTATIVE OF ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS. MR. G.A. HAWTHORNE A REPRESENTATIVE OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS. DEPUTY MEMBERS. MR. W. CLISSOLD DEPUTY OF THE REPRESENTATIVE OF INSTITUTIONS PROVIDING APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING FOR APPRENTICE ELECTRICAL WORKERS. MR. P.F. RYAN DEPUTY OF THE REPRESENTATIVE OF ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS. MR.
