4 ADMINISTRATIVE ARRANGEMENTS Two sets and one amendment to the Administrative Arrangements Order have been issued in the twelve months ending 30 June 1987. Administrative Arrangements Orders amendment of 18 August 1986 effected the following changes: Transferred the responsibility for the Liquor Commission from the Minister of Health to the Treasurer. Transferred the responsibility for Northern Territory Development Corporation from the Minister for Business, Technology and Communications to the Chief Minister. Administrative Arrangements Order Of 12 January 1987 effected the following changes: Transferred the responsibility for the Aboriginal Sacred Sites Protection Authority from the Minister for Conservation to the Minister for Lands? Abolished the Northern Territory Development Corporation previously responsible to the Minister for Business, Technology and Communications; Established the Trade and Marketing Services Bureau under the Agricultural Development and Marketing Authority, responsible to the Chief Minister; Abolished the Racing and Gaming Commission, responsible to the Treasurer; Created the Racing, Gaming and Liquor Commission, responsible to the Treasurer; Established the Work Health Authority, responsible to the Chief Minister, (Responsible for: Occupational Health, Rehabilitation, Workers' Compensation); Created the Northern Territory Water Authority, responsible to the Minister for Mines and Energy, (Responsible for: Public Water Supplies, Public Sewerage and Drainage Services);
