l E A N T h O U S & D E O Conclusion In our opinion the qualifications (a) to (e) that the Corporation received is not so significant that it warranted a disclaimer and most of these qualifications are standard qualifications that apply to Aboriginal Corporations. As the auditors have rightly indicated in this audit report the issues that gave to the disclaimer were (f) and (g) and the corporation had no control over these issues. These points have been raised with Commissioner Patterson and Deputy State Manager of ATSIC R. Taylor, who are looking into points (f) and (g) so that the Corporation is not disadvantaged. If you have any other queries please do not hesitate to contact us. Yours faithfully, AUDIT PARTNER CLEANTHOUS & DEO 06 November 1996.
