To hold property and assets purchased on behalf of the grantee in accordance with the terms and conditions of the grant, subject to title and ownership of those assets being transferred to the intended bodies at the termination of this arrangement. Page 2 of 2 pages 7. To represent the interests of the Commission and the grantee in relation to the Grant that may be necessary during the term of appointment. 8. To act in accordance with the grant agreement between the Commission and the grantee. 9. To comply with the appropriate professional code of ethics in relation with the discharge of duties. 10. To transfer to the grantee all books, records and registers maintained in relation to the grant after the termination of this appointment. Your administration as grant controller will end on _31_/_03_/_95_ when the grant funds are expected to be exhausted, and after you have satisfactorily accounted to both the Commission and the grantee for your administration. If you agree to accept the duties of grant controller, please sign the Letter of Acknowledgement and Acceptance (form GP 12.4), attached, and return it to this office.
