Peter said that they had spent time in Darwin with Cleanthous & Deo _ Peter said they had all the information they needed They didn't really feel it necessary to come out to Lake Evella. Peter said he wanted to ask us a few questions . I explained to Peter what is happening now with the way in which the offi ce operates . I explained to peter what the office was like when I arrived . There were no files in which information of the past could be obtained . Cleanthous & Deo would have all current files as Grant Controllers .The only files that I found were work I did when I was here 3 years ago Peter - do you have a development plan . Richard - said yes Ngadunggay has a plan . Karen - I've never seen it . Richard - ATSIC has a copy and OLG Nhulunbuy . I assisted in the development of this plan when I worked here 4 years ago. . I was employed by the Gapuwiyak Council as the Assistant Town Clerk and employed by Ngadunggay as Coordinator each organisation paid 50% of my wages Office of Local Government gave Gapuwiyak Council a Grant to develop a 5 year plan . The plan had to include Ngadunggay , due to the fact that the total population of Gapuwiyak are Homeland people Bill Ivory OLG pushed for this plan to assist the community . Phil Eisgood formalised the plan .
