ATSIC The Chairperson /Manager Ngadunggay HRC PMB 900 Nhulunbuy 0881 R e f : Staff Housing lake Evella ( Duplex Flats) A tt : Bangana / Guluwitjbitj Dear Yolngu In reference to your concerns about-the housing ownership of the Twin Staff Duplex , I have the following Information for you. 1) The Duplex was purchased through the CDEP program in the 1991-92 financial year. The particular program that these funds became available Under was the CDEP support component. A grant of $144,000 has been Identified in the Annual Audit as at the 30 June 1992 as a asset under buildings No 003. 2) Due to the disbanding of the CDEP amalgamation between the Gapuwiyak Resource Centre and the Gapuwiyak Community Council (formally known as Gapuwiyak Homeland Resource Centre CDEP) all assets Identified in the Annual Audit are now Assets of the Ngadunggay Homeland Resource Aboriginal Corporation. Hope this clears this matter up. S / K / & u J X c Vernon Patullo Project Officer Miwatj Region Dated 23 Nov 1993 ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER COMMISSION ENDEAVOUR SQUARE. PO B)X 246.
