f o f S Cont 5. Richard W Gene Dixon of Top End Building & Consultancy Services . They stopped when ATSIC suspended the CDEP program . Ross - You might have a legal stand against the Pro.iect Manager then . Could you write a letter to ATSIC explaining what has happened . Chairperson suggested that the meeting now stop for lunch. Lunch 12.15 pm Meeting started 12.45 pm Chairperson - Suggested to Council they now move to ITEM 11./ OUTSTATION HEALTH - LYN WHITTINGTON'S EMPLOYMENT . Chairperson - Asked Ross if he approved of the Council appointing Lyn as the Outstation Health Administrator and paying Lyn with ATSIC funding through the Resource Centre Budget . Ross - Yes f I approve . That was agreed to before Richard came up to start work . Richard W - We .lust wanted to have your approval before Lyn started . Ross - That,s fine Lyn can start straight away if the Council wants . Chairperson - We will now move to ITEM 17./ YARRI - FISHING Richard - Explained to Ross , that Sonny - Andy and Richard when in Darwin were to look at The Crasy One" a similar boat to the one that Andy Cherioo had for sale , but the only one available had ,iust been sold for $36,000 , plus most of the fittings were removed before sale . Because there are no other similar type of craft available in the NT . The only other option is to obtain a quote to construct a new vessel which we have been informed by All - Star Marine this would be in excess of $60,000 . Ross - I suggest that you obtain a valuation certificate of the second hand vessel from an independent qualified person > plus 2 quotations from other companies to supply a similar vessel . Ross - I suggest also that a business plan to be developed for this fishing enterprise .
