INDEPENDENT AUDIT REPORT To the members o f Ngadunggay Homeland Resource Centre Aboriginal Corporation Qualified Audit Opinion (continued) (iii) the Governing Committee and the Association have complied with the obligations imposed by the Aboriginal Councils and Associations Act 1976, and the Associations Rules, except in respect of the following: (a) Rule 9(9) requires minutes of Committee meetings to be kept. It was uncertain whether all such minutes were made available for audit inspection. (b) Rule 11(2) requires an Annual General Meeting to be held within three months after 30 June each year. There was no evidence of compliance with this Rule. (c) Rule 11(8) requires minutes of all general meetings to be kept. The Association was unable to provide for audit inspection, minutes of any general meetings.
