The current project was initiated in response to these concerns. It aims to:
Assess evidence of soil or groundwater contamination in the vicinity of Undoolya Rocky Hill Agricultural Block
Calculate timeframes for transport of irrigation leakage into underlying aquifers Assess possible future contaminant fluxes to groundwater beneath irrigation areas in the Rocky Hill area The assessment has focussed on the vineyard within the Undoolya Rocky Hill Agricultural Block, as it constitutes the largest area of irrigated agriculture in the region.,
