Functions. t Network with the HALT Educator to develop integrative approaches with local agencies; health, police, education. * Learn from the HALT Educator adaptive traditional processes to motivate their Community to change damaging behaviours. * Enable their Community to understand why dysfunctioning patterns occur. * Provide direction to their Community in where it can go in healing way to repair past history. * Work with communities to develop their own preventative and educative programs, rather than treatment oriented services.
