Gully Project The W om en's Advisory Council, together w ith the S tra tegic A rtist for the new P arliam en t H ouse, h a s developed concepts for th e Gully a re a b e n ea th the H ouse w hich include a com m em orative place to be dedicated to w om en. A u stra lia C ouncil funding th rough the C om m unity E nv ironm en t Act an d D esign (CEAD) Com m ittee w as ob tained to develop a concep t p lan w hich will include landscap ing the terrace an d hillside a reas, reference to the site h isto ry for place m aking an d concepts for the developm ent of a w om en 's place. Art w orks to be com m issioned a re design an d c o n stru c tio n of a grill for the tu n n e l en trance , and the design of a n a rt w ork by th e L arakia people.
