G raduate Developm ent Program - Northern Territory Treasury T reasu ry 's G raduate D evelopm ent Program will have a significant long term im pact on the progress of w om en in the finance rela ted a re a s of the N orthern Territory Public Sector. In th e 1992 in take five of th e n ine g rad u a te s who partic ipa ted in a s tru c tu re d program designed to enhance th e ir resea rch and analy tical skills were wom en. There a re fou r w om en included in the 1993 in take of eleven g rad u a tes in T reasu ry and N orthern Territory C om puting and C om m unications (NCOM) Service. In add ition there are seven adm inistrative trainees, five of w hom are w om en. Training N eeds A na lysis - D epartm ent o f Primary Industry a nd Fisheries The D epartm en t conducted a T raining Needs A nalysis (TNA) w hich ad d ressed a s one of its issu es W omen's N eeds in the Organisation, an d included , am ongst o ther th ings, prom otion to the sen ior levels of the D epartm en t. C oncurren tly the D epartm en t h a s estab lished a S taff D evelopm ent Advisory Com m ittee w hich is facilitating im plem enta tion of th e outcom es of the TNA.
