4 Article 7 The Partners agree that they should give priority attention to any prospective investor seeking to do business in the Zones, being an investor introduced by one Partner to the other. For that purpose the Partners shall seek to establish a formal means of identifying those investors introduced to each other and the administrative procedures necessary to ensure that any business application by such investors is given priority attention by the respective Partners. Article 8 The Partners shall work toward ensuring that benefits accruing to enterprises established under Trade Zone Partnership arrangements include: a) efficient and priority processing of enterprise applications and approvals; b) facilitation and assistance with ongoing enterprise operations; c) the identification of training opportunities for people employed within the Zones; d) improved management and international trading expertise; e) improved raw material and market access, including new markets; f) improved efficiency of manufacturing operations. Article 9 This Agreement is done in duplicate in Indonesian and English, both texts being equally authentic. This Partnership will come into effect from Friday, 10 April 1992.
