- 2 STATEMENT BY THE ACCOUNTABLE OFFICER I, COLIN J FULLER, am of the opinion that: a) The accompanying balance sheet of the Government Printing Office is drawn up to give a true and fair view of the Assets and Liabilities of the Printing Office as at 30 June 1992. b) The accompanying Statement of Income and Expenditure and Cashflows Statement of the Government Printing Office are drawn up to give a true and fair view of the results of the activities of the Government Printing Office during the twelve months ended 30 June 1992. c) At the date of this statement there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Northern Territory Government Printing Office will be able to pay its debts as and when they fall due.
