Legislation, Regulation and Guidance Part A Section 3 provides an overview of the legislative context, including the significant legislation and guidance, and the derivation of the air quality criteria used to assess the performance of the Proposal. 2.3. Existing Conditions Part A Section 4 addresses existing conditions (the baseline conditions) at the Proposal site, including an assessment of surrounding land sensitivity, existing air quality, topography and prevailing meteorology. 2.3.1. Surrounding Land Sensitivity Part A Table 11 presents the identified sensitive receptor locations used in the AQRA. It is noted that not all receptors are relevant to every component study element, but this common receptor list is used across all parts to assess Proposal performance. Part A Section 4.1.1 Presents a graphical representation of the surrounding receptor locations for the wider Proposal site. Figure 1 below presents a more localised graphic displaying those receptors more relevant to the AQRA of the proposed Apirnta Facility.
