I > I Over the last four years the Office of the Arts has taken on a higher profile in the community, our arts budget and funds available to the arts grants program have virtually doubled. Arts activity in the Territory is flourishing and we have a reputation nationally for having a extraordinarily high level of community participation. 28 I commend this statement to the Assembly.
