THREE PRO VICE-CHANCELLORS' POSITIONS HAVE BEEN CREATED, ON A FRACTIONAL BASIS. I AM TOLD THAT THE AIM OF THIS INITIATIVE IS TO LINK TOP MANAGEMENT BACK INTO THE FACULTIES. IN THIS WAY, I AM INFORMED MR SPEAKER, MANAGEMENT CAN BE MORE RESPONSIVE AND MORE AWARE OF STAFF AND STUDENT NEEDS.
