THREE PRO VICE-CHANCELLORS' POSITIONS HAVE BEEN CREATED, ON A FRACTIONAL BASIS. I AM TOLD THAT THE AIM OF THIS INITIATIVE IS TO LINK TOP MANAGEMENT BACK INTO THE FACULTIES.
