I COMMEND THE ACTIVITIES OF THE NORTHERN TERRITORY UNIVERSITY. THE NTU IS ONE THAT ALL TERRITORIANS CAN BE PROUD OF. I MOVE THE STATEMENT BE NOTED. 49
